Hashish Trading Company was established, marking the true beginning of a distinguished commercial legacy.

1996

Founding of Delta Trading & Distribution Co.

1999

The Group expanded its operations by entering the real estate investment sector, marking a strategic step toward diversifying its business portfolio and creating new opportunities for sustainable growth.

2004

Al Amin Tourism, Import & Export Company was established, marking the beginning of the Group’s regional expansion and the development of a strong network of commercial partnerships and business operations beyond the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2007

Ahmed Amin El Sebaei Hotel Management & Operations Establishment was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, strengthening the Group’s presence in the hospitality sector through hotel management and operations services.

2010

Ahmed Amin El Sebaei Systems & Control Devices Establishment was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing specialized solutions in systems and modern control technologies while expanding the Group’s portfolio of professional services.

2023

The new corporate identity was launched under the name Akaber Real Estate, General Trading & Supplies, following the rebranding of Al Ameen Company. This milestone marked a new chapter of institutional growth with the entry of the third generation, carrying forward a legacy built over decades under a unified brand.
